There are some children s food allergy books that I like. Cody the Allergic Cow is a great story for a dairy allergic child, the Peanut Butter Jam is a nice book for school age kids with a peanut allergy. However this is the first book I have come across that talks about all 8 of the top allergens.Amy Recob is a local author who wrote this book for her daughter who has food allergies. I stopped by her book signing last weekend and picked up the book.
Since I am such a fan of Amy and the Bugabees I am going to do a small giveaway.

It doesn't look like I'm close to being the 20th poster but this book would be fun for my daughter that is allergic to milk, eggs, and peanuts!

I think this book would be a wonderful book for my food allergy group, the other parents would enjoy borrowing it.

did enjoy the book very much...my youngest thinks the bugs are funny. always great to hear about food allergy ooks aimed at the younger kids!!
